This spacious modern villa offers quality holiday accommodation and is situated on the edge of the coastal forest. The vast sandy beach is easily accessible through the forest trails by bicycle or on foot (1 mile / 2km). It's also just a short cycle ride into the town centre of St Hilaire de Riez (1½ mile / 2.5km) for shops and amentities. The lively port of St Gilles Croix de Vie is close at hand for a an excellent choice of restaurants, and superb daily market, plus lots of family holiday activities in the surrounding area.

Le Breduzet is an ideal holiday villa for large gatherings or two families together, sleeping up to 12 people in 5 comfortable bedrooms and with 4 shower rooms. There is a vast open-plan living/dining/kitchen area as well as a small games lounge for the children. Outside there are large grounds, with slide, swing and play-house. The attractive dining terrace has an electric awning for shade.
The private heated swimming pool is fully fenced for child safety and has a covered lounge area.
The surrounding area offers excellent cycling through the forests and the salt marshes a well as an excellent cycling trail along the coast from St Gilles to St Jean de Monts. Cycle hire available on site. Local holiday activities include a forest adventure park, kite-surf and wind-surf, sea kayaking, jet skis, land yachts, and sailing school.
The nearby town and port of St Gilles has excellent facilities for family holidays - sandy beaches with lifeguards; traditional markets every day; fairground rides at the port; surfing school; kiddies boating lake; mini-golf; skateboard park; boat trips to the lovely island of Yeu.

"We spent a wonderful two weeks here, as an extended family of six adults and six children. The house is beautifully set up, with everything that you could want. It has been recently renovated, and the standard is extremely high. The children loved the new swimming pool, while the garden is still big enough for games of football and cricket. The house is located near a network of cycle paths, and the owners provided bikes at a very reasonable rate. We could cycle to the nearest bars and restaurants, and to the beach.
